Arvind Laddha is the CEO for India, leading the strategies to drive Mercer’s growth in India, focusing on emerging market opportunities.
Arvind began his career as a founding partner for a wealth management business, which offered investment products and solutions to affluent investors and corporates in India. In 2004, Arvind established a technology and analytics-led employee benefits broking firm, which later merged into JLT, where Arvind was named the Deputy CEO and member of the board. During his tenure at JLT, Arvind has led the Employee Benefits Practice in India, served as CFO, established the Global Employee Benefits Analytics COE and set up the Employee Benefits Global Service Team.
Arvind brings 22 years of experience in advising clients on benefits consulting and administration, strategy and investment planning. His technical expertise spans across data analytics, digital engagement and employee communication.
